Application

Faith Bible Institute is open to anyone who is in high school or older and has made a profession of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. If you meet these qualifications and would like to apply to the program, please start by reading Faith Community Church’s statement of faith and statement of church belief and practice. You can access them by clicking here. Then fill out the form below and click “submit.” Brad will follow up with you to let you know if your application has been accepted. Once you have been accepted into the program, you can register for courses at any time in the future by clicking here. Please submit one application per person. Middle school students who would like to take courses with their parents will be accepted into the program on a case-by-case basis.
