Welcome to the home page for Brad Norman's Every Word Sunday school class! The name of the class is based on Matthew 4:4, which records the response of Jesus to the first of the devil’s three temptations. After Jesus was tempted to turn stones into bread, he replied by stating that “man must not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of God,” which is a quotation from Deuteronomy 8:3. Our goal in this class is not to rush through the Bible but to study it carefully and try to learn something from every word if possible.
This webpage is designed to help those who attend the class by providing the current teaching notes as well as any handouts given in class. The main translation that we use is the Christian Standard Bible (CSB). We are meeting during the 9:30 service in building A. Even if you can't attend the class, we encourage you to study the Bible with us. If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact Brad at the church office.
