Israel Tour 2020
In January 2020 our church will be leading a trip to Israel. Participants will have the amazing opportunity to enhance their knowledge of the geographical, historical, archaeological, and cultural understanding of the land of the Bible. Final dates and costs will be announced soon. If you are interested in learning more, plan to attend a brief informational meeting on Sunday, March 10, in building C after the 11:00 service.
Men’s Small Group Book Studies
We are hosting small groups for our men’s ministry. These groups are designed to get you into ongoing fellowship and discipleship. You may have a busy schedule, but there is good news: we have more than 20 groups! You can find a group that meets when you are available. Don’t miss out. Contact Pastor Josh for more information and to sign up for a group.
Birthday Cards for Your Kids
We would like to bless your children on their birthdays by sending them a card in the mail. Please take the time to stop by the children's check-in table on Sunday and fill out an information card. Contact Clint at the church office if you have any questions.
Are you looking for some good books to read? Then check out our Christian library. It's stocked with solid books that will help you grow spiritually. You are welcome to borrow any of them for free. This library is open most Sundays on the patio after the 8:00 and 9:30 services. Contact Brad at the church office for more information.
Coffee and goodies are on sale on the patio between services on Sundays. All proceeds go toward helping junior and senior high school students go to camp. Contact Jason at the church office for more information.
Good News Clubs
We have the incredible opportunity to share the love of Jesus in our local elementary schools, but we need your help. We need 20 servants on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 2:30 to 4:30 pm during the school year. Whether you have the gift of teaching, or you like to be behind the scenes as an assistant, we need a wide range of fits and abilities. Childcare can be provided for homeschooling moms! Contact Pastor Mark at the church office for more information.
As the church continues to grow, we find ourselves in need of more nursery workers. Our goal is to have enough workers so that everyone would need to work only one Sunday every three months. If you feel led to serve the Lord in this way, please contact Nikki at the church office.
We have a few seniors in our church who can no longer drive and would love to still be able to attend Sunday morning worship services. If you would like to be a blessing to seniors by giving them a ride to and from church on Sunday mornings, please contact Pastor Josh at the church office.
If you are looking for a way to serve God, we invite you to be part of the meals ministry. This ministry organizes meals for new moms and others in need, such as those recovering from surgery, grieving a death in the family, or taking care of a terminally ill family member. If you would like to be a volunteer who blesses a family in need with a meal, please contact the church office.
Helping Those in Need
From time to time, we have people within our church with financial needs. We work through our elders and deacons to help meet those needs. While you are, of course, free to help someone in need, we recommend that you give through the deacons' fund or check with one of our elders before giving of your finances.
Online Prayer Team
Those in our church who would like prayer requests emailed to them can contact Laura at firstname.lastname@example.org and request to be added to our online prayer team. If you are already part of this team and have recently changed your email address or have not been receiving the emails, please contact Laura and let her know.
